RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns

You can return your bracelet within 14 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@aegisrelics.co.uk with your order number.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges

If your bracelet is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it.

Contact support@aegisrelics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll send instructions for returning the item and shipping your replacement.
Important Notes

Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.
