📦 Shipping Information

 

UK Delivery

  • All UK orders ship from our UK warehouse

  • Estimated delivery: 7–10 business days

  • Courier: Royal Mail or Evri (tracked)

  • Shipping is included in the price

 

International Delivery

  • We ship to select countries outside the UK

  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

  • Courier: Standard international shipping (tracked where possible)

  • Additional shipping fees may apply at checkout

 

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped

 

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays

  • Please ensure your address is correct to avoid delays

  • For international orders, customs or import duties may apply

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • You can return your bracelet within 14 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • To initiate a return, contact us at support@aegisrelics.co.uk with your order number.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

  • If your bracelet is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, we’ll gladly exchange it.

  • Contact support@aegisrelics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll send instructions for returning the item and shipping your replacement.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.

  • Customisations (if any in the future) cannot be refunded.
